The role will support clients to remain independent in their home in a multidisciplinary based approach to care addressing their continence needs. They will work closely with the Continence Nursing and Physiotherapy based teams at Bacchus Marsh and Melton and across Western Health.Supervision will be provided by a Grade 4 clinician and you will work in a peer learning environment with the Continence Nursing team.
