This role will focus on selling our restaurant offerings, attracting corporate diners with our packages, and growing our wholesale distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, hospitality industry experience, and a proven ability to build relationships that drive revenue.Key Responsibilities Identify and target corporate clients, event planners, and businesses for private dining, group bookings, and event catering. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase corporate dining partnerships and high-volume reservations. Work closely with restaurant teams to customize corporate dining experiences and ensure seamless execution. Represent the brand at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to generate leads.Wholesale & B2B Sales Growth Expand the wholesale division by identifying and securing partnerships with hotels, cafes, retailers, and other foodservice businesses. Build strong relationships with purchasing managers, chefs, and distributors to increase sales volume. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to optimize wholesale growth.Strategic Business Development Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities across multiple sales channels. Build long-term partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns, promotions, and sales materials that support business growth. Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue optimization.Qualifications & Experience 3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within hospitality, foodservice, or a related industry. Strong network in corporate dining, event planning, or wholesale food distribution. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing long-term partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, set goals, and execute strategic sales plans.
