Working closely with the Manager, Property & Facilities, you''ll ensure the efficient leasing, acquisition, divestment and maintenance of our commercial and residential properties. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of property legislation, and a passion for delivering operational excellence in a corporate environment.ResponsibilitiesManage lease negotiations, renewals and documentation for commercial and residential properties, including engagement with landlords and third-party solicitorsMaintain and update the Property Management System, SharePoint and related documentationProvide support for property acquisition, ownership, leasing, management and divestment decisionsLiaise with key stakeholders across the business on property budgets, leases, maintenance and repairsAssist with premises relocation and "make good" processes, ensuring timely handbacksSupport budgeting and forecasting processes by providing property-related financial information to Group FinanceWho are we looking for:Minimum 5 years experience in property management, ideally within a corporate or commercial settingSound knowledge of relevant property and leasing legislationProven ability to negotiate and influence across a wide range of stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office and property management systemsTertiary qualification in Property, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline (essential); current drivers licence (required)About EldersElders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
