Are you an experienced Finance Manager with a background in property accounting? Were seeking a proactive and hands-on professional to join a high-performing team on a 3-month contract until early November 2025 with a leading global property group.The OpportunityReporting to the General Manager, this role plays a key part in partnering with Property Managers and clients to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting across a diverse property portfolio.This is a great opportunity for a seasoned finance leader with strong technical skills and stakeholder engagement experience to hit the ground running.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team delivering full property accounting servicesPartner with Property Managers as the key finance contactOversee month-end close, reporting, and journal entriesDeliver balance sheet reconciliations, rent smoothing, and amortisation journalsManage annual outgoing reconciliations and liaise with auditorsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisOversee compliance with trust accounting and property accounting policiesTrain and mentor junior team membersLiaise with client finance teams and manage audit requirementsProvide Level 1 support for MRI system useManage transition of new properties into/out of the portfolioAbout YouCPA/CA qualified (or equivalent)Experience in property or real estate finance highly regardedStrong technical skills including Excel; experience with MRI/Argus a bonusExcellent communication and team leadership abilitiesAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressureThe BenefitsCompetitive hourly rateFlexible working hours availableWork with an internationally recognised brandSupportive and collaborative team cultureTo Apply:Via the QUICK APPLYbuttonFeel free to call me, Jill Taylor, on 0479 045 766 for an informal chat to learn more about this opportunity! #J-18808-Ljbffr
