Our team has an opening for a Program Manager (PM), and we''re looking for a multi-skilled individual with plenty of Bias for Action and a passion for Delivering Results.The WWPS Tech Team provides multi-faceted technical support to our Public Sector sales organization. This support includes Solution Architecture, Customer Solutions Management, Chief Technologists, Specialists, and Engineering.As a Program Manager in the WWPS Tech Team PMO, you will use judgment, negotiation skills, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, deliver program roadmaps and strategies, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery. You will be responsible for delivering strategic and high-impact projects, implementing scalable mechanisms to manage the Tech Team''s rhythm of business, and driving operational excellence.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of program and project delivery, from conception through implementation, measurement, closure, handover, and monitoring. You should be able to manage multiple, cross-functional competing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation and agility are encouraged.
