From builders and solar installers to landscapers and renovators we craft campaigns that combine sharp storytelling, conversion-focused creative, and full-funnel strategy.Were fast-moving, founder-led, and scaling quickly.What Youll Own (Core Responsibilities)Client Strategy & Campaign Execution (Primary Focus)Manage and lead strategy across core client accountsWrite scroll-stopping ad copy, video hooks, and landing page contentBuild and optimise Meta campaigns that drive real-world resultsAnalyse funnels and performance metrics to solve drop-offs and scale upLead bi-weekly strategy calls and client comms with authority and insightCollaborate with creatives (designers/video editors) to execute fast and on-brandProactively refresh creative before fatigue kicks inMaintain clear, proactive communication with clients always a step aheadSales Support (Secondary Function)Occasionally assist in booking appointments with warm leadsSupport the founder with inbound efforts to grow the agency with quality clientsYoull Succeed in This Role If You:Have 4+ years of agency experience running Meta ads and managing accountsAre a strategic thinker who understands buyer psychology and positioningCan lead clients with clarity, confidence, and resultsAre a sharp copywriter able to ideate creative angles and write for conversionWork fast and independently, with a bias for getting things doneCan zoom out to spot growth levers and zoom in to fix performance issuesAre curious, self-motivated, and thrive in a creative founder-led teamEnjoy helping grow a business not just serving clientsWhy This Role MattersYoull be the performance backbone of our agency the person clients trust, the strategist who drives results, and the creative mind behind our best campaigns.
