Were committed to achieving strong results and supporting our franchise partners, all while fostering a friendly, inclusive environment that values both our partners and our people.What youll be doing Shape our future talent strategy by designing and delivering an annual capability roadmap aligned to business priorities and workforce needs Create and lead engaging learning programs across onboarding, compliance, functional upskilling, and leadership development Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver tailored development initiatives that drive performance excellence Design and deliver fit-for-purpose programs to uplift core, functional, and leadership capabilities Lead succession planning and internal mobility initiatives to build a strong, future-ready talent pipeline Design and facilitate tiered leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders Embed a leadership capability framework and support leaders with coaching tools to grow their teams Optimise learning systems (e.g. Go1, Employment Hero Learning) to enhance accessibility, engagement, and digital delivery Use data and feedback to measure learning effectiveness, track ROI, and drive continuous improvement Promote a strong learning culture across the organisation and manage external vendors to support program deliveryThis is your chance to Step into a high-impact role shaping the future of talent and capability at RFG Design and deliver programs that genuinely develop people, not just tick boxes Work with a supportive, forward-thinking leadership team that values growth Build a culture of learning, leadership and internal progressionWhat were looking forWere looking for a passionate and experienced development professional who thrives on building people capability and delivering high-impact learning experiences.
