You will deliver intake support via phone, within the Orange Door site and through outreach visits.In Addition, You WillActively manage a caseloadDelivery screening and triage, assessment, crisis responses, service planning, targeted interventions, allocation and coordinated referralsWork collaboratively to support integrated risk assessment and planningApply for brokerage on behalf of clients when requiredRefer clients to services within the broader service system and provide them information and supportAbout the programThe Orange Door Program Brings Together Workforces From Community Service Organisations, Aboriginal Services, Family Safety Victoria And DFFH, To Deliver An Integrated Practice Model And a Consolidated Intake Point ForWomen, children, young people, and families who are experiencing or have experienced family violencePeople who use violenceFamilies requiring support with the care, development and wellbeing of unborn babies, infants, children, and young peopleUniting focuses on providing services to vulnerable families who require extra support with the care, development and wellbeing of unborn babies, infants, children and young people.Benefits Of Working At UnitingOur work isnt easy, but it matters.
