Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.Toll Facility Market LeadAs part of HDRs Highways and Roads market sector, the toll facility market lead will be responsible to support our local areas with the identification and development of projects and programs where HDR can bring our suite of professional services to toll facility clients. Toll facility clients include agencies and authorities that own, operate and maintain roads, bridges and tunnels that charge fees to users that travel on their facilities.Toll facilities will be a sub-sector to HDRs highways and roads market sector within the transportation business group. Services that the toll facility market lead will look to bring to these clients include:Planning and Design services including, roadway, bridges, tunnels, transport hydraulics and geotechnicalMobility and operational technology services including ATST, ITS, CAV, tolling system development and operations, managed lanes, ZEM and OT cybersecurityAdvisory services including asset management, ROW, value engineering, funding and financeBuilding and facility designThe toll facility market lead will be responsible for the growth and success of tolling services and programs for toll road clients and will be expected to work with area business development leaders and business group managers to:Develop and share knowledge of trends and drivers within the toll marketSupport areas in the identification, pursuit and delivery of area toll facility client opportunities where HDR can compete and deliver professional servicesSupport areas in the research of toll facility clients in their markets and help develop client relationships that include local area teams and market sector teamsSupport TBG region directors in the evaluation and prioritization of toll facility client investments and opportunities across their regions and the business group as the program expandsThe toll facility market lead will be an individual with established relationships with toll facility agencies and authorities and someone with a reputation of leading programs in the highway/roads market.This role will be expected to work with HDR leaders across the business group to broaden the range of toll services offered by HDR and to provide professional development for staff as they provide services to toll facility clients.The toll facility market lead will be expected to support local area and business group leaders in the identification and participation of industry organizations that will contribute to the growth of HDR with toll facility clients and within the highway and roads market sector.The toll facility market lead will lead HDRs strategy for presence and leadership in industry organizations including IBTTA and others.Preferred QualificationsRecognized Leader in the Toll Roads/Toll Facilities spaceProved ability to set the strategy and execute the strategy for growth of a practice, ideally in the Tolling marketEstablished relationships with major tolling clients/DOT''sRequired QualificationsBachelor''s Degree in an architecture, engineering, planning or a related fieldA minimum of 10 years of industry experienceExperienced in development and management of strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering and or planning servicesExperienced in development and management of a wide range of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuitsExperienced in overall staff development to include recruiting, career path and professional growthExperienced with industry associations and maintains a visible profile in the market sectorAbility to work cooperatively with Area Market Sector Directors, Market Sector Directors, Business Class Directors, Regional Business Group Director, Area Business Group Managers, Area Marketing Managers and Area ManagersDemonstrated commitment to HDR values.
