2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from Lime RecruitmentContract for 12 months | Darwin City, Northern TerritoryJoin a Northern Government Department as a Project Manager, where you will report directly to the Program Management Lead and will support organisational efforts to deliver high quality documentation, oversee management of task allocation to deliver projects to a high professional standard aligned with contemporary practices.Key Responsibilities:Ensure that initiatives are effectively assessed through engagement of appropriate stakeholders to deliver strategically aligned functional solutions.Prepare thorough project plans, schedule and maintain these to ensure that they reflect any changes as the projects progress.Manage risks and issues and project changesProduce accurate, succinct and high-quality reports on project progressEnsure that projects are delivered within time, quality and resource constraints.Support project team members to achieve delivery tasks and milestones.Deliver project artefacts as requested.Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with minimal rework required.What were looking for:Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager with responsibility for delivery substantial bodies-of-work in the health sector.Demonstrable high level of ability and qualification in project management.Demonstration of appreciation for PRINCE2 or Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies and Agile work practices.Demonstratable experience working with Project Tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence.Demonstrable ability to work as a part of a larger team with competing priorities while maintaining focus on core deliverables.Demonstrable expertise in change management and project planning, including ability to analyse and report on complex issues, evaluate associated risks, benefits and strategies.High level ability in demonstrating flexibility in planning and managing available resources against changing and competing demands.Why apply through Lime Recruitment?Enjoy two pay runs per week without contractor fees.
