Youll join a values-driven company with a collaborative culture and strong purposeand have the chance to work across impactful projects that span data visualisation, branded assets, and technical publications.This is a national role and ideally based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide, but were open to other Australian locations for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Design engaging, accessible visuals that communicate technical and sustainability content across reports, presentations, and digital publications.Develop infographics, data visualisations, charts, icons, and diagrams that bring clarity and storytelling to complex topicsDesign and format technical reports and documents with precision, using layout, hierarchy, and brand alignment to elevate contentCreate reusable brand assets and templates that maintain visual consistency across channelsCollaborate with clients, consultants, and partners to ensure content meets both communication goals and accessibility standards(Bonus) Support motion design or video content if you bring animation skills or want to grow them.Qualifications and Experience:4+ years of professional graphic design experienceideally in publishing, communications, sustainability, or consulting.Proven ability to translate technical or data-heavy content into clear, visually appealing design.Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and confident use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Excel, Power BI) and accessible design standards is highly valued.Strong attention to detail with excellent layout, formatting, and version control skills.Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.A passion for sustainability and ethical business, with a desire to make a positive impact through design.Tertiary qualifications in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields.
