Employing close to 100 staff in Queensland, they are a family owned success story and are continuing to grow.They currently have a Sales Administration Manager role available at their head office, South of Brisbane. This role will see the successful candidate leading the sales administration team, with a focus on implementation of processes and efficiencies, and mentoring your team located in 5 different branches.Key Accountabilities:Mentoring and leadership of your teamCreating and Implementation of processes to support sales activitiesFocus on continuous improvements via automated systems and solutionsEnsure a seamless process in relation to equipment sales/deal packsWork to ensure your team are effectively trained and supported in their rolesExperience:Solid administration or stock control experience in a dealership environmentSound leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and develop your teamHigh levels of attention to detailStrong computer literacy with a focus on utilising IT programs to benefit the sales administration processA project management certificate, or a willingness to acquire one, would be highly regardedWorking for a family owned business that truly cares about their employees success and growthMonday - Friday role - with some flexibility around start and finish timesEnjoy working for a market leader with strong foundations and expertiseA close knit and proactive team, with growth opportunitiesA solid salary based on experience + super will be negotiated with the successful candidate.Apply in confidence with your resume.
