Be a part of Agodas Design team and unlock the world for our global community of hotels and travelers.Experience Requirements & Role Expectations:6+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferredExperience in finance product development or fintech (preferred, but not required)Has experience of managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development processProficient in creating wireframes and high-fidelity UI using the latest design and prototyping toolsA strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions as it relates to complex, transactional web-based products or mobile applicationsStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in EnglishStrong visual design skills and sensibility, familiarity with design systemsThe Product Designer is an experienced problem solver for areas of high complexity. He/she will work closely with stakeholders across business, technology and marketing to influence and execute on the product teams roadmapThe Designer also brings domain knowledge and expertise to co-create future user-centric product strategy with leadership.
