Were a group of ambitious and passionate professionals, with an unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional experiences the Doltone Difference.The Role:We are recruiting for an Event Sales Coordinator - Weddings & Social Celebrations to join our talented Sales Team.The role is responsible for all aspects of developing, servicing and maintaining new business to include pre-defined clients and accounts/prospects as agreed from time to time.Your responsibilities:Answer enquiries from potential clients via phone, email or personal site visit and process using our enquiry system and software Ungerboeck.Prepare initial event proposals and sales contracts to clients.Attend site visits, meet and greets and Doltone House events as required.Assisting with preparation/organisation of trade shows and internal events, as well as representing Doltone House at these events.Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales and client transactionsAchievement of monthly conversion and business on the books targetsAct as the main point of contact for clients until event is contracted, providing expertise and support in order to facilitate the success of events.Previous experience as Event Sales Coordinator within the wedding industry is essentialCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsRelentless pursuit of quality outcomes that exceed expectationsAbility to collaborate and cultivate productive relationshipsAbility to communicate with influence, impact and confidencePassion for customer-centricityMinimum two years'' experience in high volume, fast paced sales environment, ideally within weddings industryPrevious experience working within hospitality or event sales is essentialExperience working with budgets, client proposals and contracts.Diversity is not only celebrated but championed here at Doltone House.
