IT Security Awareness & Education RotationPolicy Adherence:Promote and ensure alignment with relevant policy standards and compliance requirements in the Information Security awareness program.Security Awareness Program:Assist in developing, maintaining, and implementing a security awareness program.Support the education of staff on the importance of information security and the application of due diligence.Research and Testing Support:Participate in periodic basic research, testing, and awareness exercises.Participate in social engineering activities, such as phishing exercises for staff, and support remediation exercises.2. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Operations RotationOperational Support:Assist in managing daily operational activities related to DLP, including incident handling, discovery, scanning, and escalations.Contribute to providing feedback for DLP system enhancements based on operational insights.Reporting Assistance:Participate in developing and producing regular reports and metrics related to the DLP Managed Service.Support in reviewing incidents and providing support or information to aid business data owners in investigations.Issue Logging and Tracking:Assist in logging and tracking issues related to DLP functionality.Respond to queries from Business Unit Managers regarding DLP concerns.Participate in liaising with the DLP infrastructure team/vendor support to address technical issues with the DLP platform.Contribute to supporting ongoing DLP-related projects.3.
