We are here to lead change and are committed to empowering better financial futures for more Australians.Benefits And Life At HUB24Learn more about our employee benefits HERE.Job SummaryJoin us as a Project Manager and help shape the future of HUB24 Group.This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of strategic program of work decomissing a lecacy product.Reporting to the Program Manager, youll work cross-functionally with teams spanning product development, technology, legal, operations, marketing, finance, andwhere relevantclients, such as licensees and third-party providers.ResponsibilitiesScope Management: Document project scope (In/Out) and deliverables ensuring alignment to project goals and objectivesRoles & Responsibilities: Define and implement an appropriate project governance framework, outlining the various roles and responsibilities of individuals involved in the projectSchedule Management: Create the baseline schedule, identify critical path and key milestones, and manage delivery to this planDependency Management: Identify, maintain and manage up and down stream dependencies of the projectResource Management: Define resource requirements and manage resource availability and allocationFinancial Management: Sets and monitors project budgetIssue & Risk Management: Ensure appropriate identification, mitigation and timely reporting/escalation of project issues and risks is in placeMonitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and management.Project Closure: Complete project closure report to ensure smooth transition to relevant stakeholders and assist post implementation review (PIR) to capture lessons learnedRequirementsBachelors degree in project management, business management, or a related area of studyPMI/PMP certification or similar from an accredited organisation3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in wealth management industry, preferably with wrap platform experienceProven track record in a fast-paced environment, delivering projects on time, cost, and quality metricsProficiency use of Microsoft Office suite (Inc Microsoft Project)Excellent meeting, workshop, and conference facilitation skills, with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participate and collaboration in small and large groupsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelinesAbility to positively influence the thinking and decision making of business leaders and stakeholders through persuasive presentation of critical argumentExperience setting up a PMO or uplifting strategy executionThe Recruitment ProcessAcknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
