This role will inherit a higly respected, capable and innovative team which will help you as their people leader shape and deliver the 5-year business intelligence (BI) strategy across financial, clinical and people reporting suites. Youll lead enterprise-wide data integration, reporting and visualisation initiatives, self-service BI, managing data governance to evolving enterprise Power BI dashboards and scalable data models and provide trusted advisory to stakeholders at all levels.Highly collaborative, inclusive and supportive people leadership capabilities is a MUST!Manage and mentor cross-functional team of analysts, BI developers, and data engineers to ensure the team are delivering the right outcomes for financial, clinical and people reports.Strong partnership with stakeholders across the business to identify reporting needs, business challenges and deliver impactful data & reporting insightsLead the design, evolve and execute the BI strategy, ensuring alignment ensuring our business has contemporary and fit-for-purpose BI capabilities.Lead the development of strategic reporting for senior leadership, supporting compliance and performance measurementDevelop, maintain & evolve scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SQL ServerDesign, implement, and optimise enterprise-level data models and data marts to support advanced analyticsBuild and enhance engaging Power BI dashboards tailored to executive, operational, and departmental needs (*currently used across all business units)Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources, including APIs, databases, SFTP, and cloud storageEstablish and enforce data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks across the organisationAbout youYou are a highly collaborative & people centric leader with a strong technical foundation, a passion for turning data into impactful business outcomes that underpin strategic plans. You bring deep experience in enterprise analytics, BI, and data integration, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or other regulated people service environments.
