About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and civil works projects across NSW. This contract role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering large-scale civil works, including road infrastructure, excavation, demolition, remediation, and subdivision development.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end project management across planning, procurement, delivery, and close-out phasesManage budgets, timelines, scope, and resourcing to ensure successful project outcomesCoordinate with engineers, subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goalsLead change management, safety compliance, and quality assurance initiativesMonitor progress and prepare detailed reports for internal and client updatesEnsure adherence to all regulatory and contractual obligationsDrive continuous improvement in project processes and delivery performanceKey Projects May Include:Road and transport infrastructure upgradesBridge renewals and structural worksDemolition and bulk earthworksSubdivision and utility developmentRail and tunnel maintenanceRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil infrastructureStrong understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and contract administrationDemonstrated ability to manage budgets of up to $50MExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsProficient in project management software and reporting toolsTertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)Desirable:Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractorsFamiliarity with government or council-led infrastructure projectsAPPLY NOW - or call 0428883921 #J-18808-Ljbffr
