Our marketing team plays a pivotal role in showcasing our spaces and services, and we are currently seeking a passionate Digital Content Assistant to join our dynamic team.Role OverviewAs a Digital Content Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content across social media platforms, helping to grow our online presence and reinforce our brands identity. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Coordinator to produce visually stunning content and bring creativity to our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will mostly be required to visit Navarra Venues to capture content from our events, including weekends and evenings/nights, ensuring we capture the most dynamic and engaging moments. This position is split with 30% office work and 70% time spent at the venues, with the expectation to cover events every weekend.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and others.Edit and create social media videos and graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.Stay updated with social media trends and creatively incorporate them into content that aligns with our brands voice and aesthetic.Execute content calendars and schedules, ensuring timely publication of posts and consistency in messaging.Visit Navarra Venues locations to capture both short-term (event highlights, daily posts) and long-term content (venue tours, promotional material) during weekends and evening/nights.Organise and maintain the Media Library, ensuring content is easily accessible and categorised correctly.Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator/Supervisor to align digital content with overall marketing strategies.Qualifications & SkillsProficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.), and CapCut.Strong photography and video editing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail.A keen understanding of current social media trends, best practices, and how to adapt them for brand growth.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility in working hours to capture and publish content as needed.Must have a valid NSW drivers licence and access to a car.Availability to work weekends and evenings/nights for event coverage.Own mobile phone for capturing content and managing communications.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
