For all partner applications, one applicant will be the park manager, while the other will be the Assistant Manager. To be successful in the role, you must be computer literate, have strong work ethic and be able to handle some hard laborious duties such as grounds maintenance and the cleaning of the amenities block and common areas.Resort Manager and Assistant Manager must have a commercial mindset, be flexible, and must love working with guests and our existing onsite staff. Both roles are full time work.The role may include weekend work as well as overnight stays on site within the park with your own caravan/camper/RV.Responsibilities include:Being accountable for all Business operation and guest experienceBe hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitudeAbility to problem solve in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to fit within established guidelinesLead and supervise small teamsBe accountable for the financial outcomes of the businessAchievement of agreed KPI''sA strong Australian based support office and local management teams support our park relief managers in all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so our on-site teams can focus on delighting guests.Selection CriteriaAn energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approachProven experience in a similar roleOutstanding customer serviceFamiliarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skillsWillingness to learn and apply our systems and processesWell-developed communication, organisation, administration and management skillsDemonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional mannerAvailability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings and eveningsMust be able to liaise with existing on-site managersThe CompanyBelgraviaPROis a management services company specialising in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks, we are also offering Park Manager training through the companys successful RTO.Park management presents exciting, flexible and highly rewarding careers.
