You''ll engage with General Practitioners to promote a high-performing, industry-recognised product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced reps and qualified first-time entrants to the pharmaceutical industry who are eager to launch their sales careers in a supportive and structured environment.ResponsibilitiesPromote products to General Practitioners to drive sales and grow market shareDeliver meaningful, educational interactions with healthcare professionalsPlan and execute customer calls in line with daily and weekly targetsOrganise and run engaging professional events (e.g., luncheons, dinner meetings)Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver shared territory successBuild deep product and therapeutic knowledge and stay abreast of clinical updatesImplement tailored business plans for your territoryDevelop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionalsRepresent the company with professionalism and clinical credibilitySkills & Experience requiredThis role is a great match for recent university graduates (Science, Medicine, or Business) seeking to enter the pharmaceutical industry.Bachelor''s degree in Science, Medicine, or Business (preferred)Prior pharmaceutical sales experience is highly valuedSales or customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, B2B) strongly preferred for first-time entrantsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to learn clinical conceptsExperience managing a territory or working in a field-based role is a plusConfident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsMotivated, self-directed, and team-orientedValid driver''s licence (no more than 6 demerit points)CultureA multi-time recipient of Employer of the Year awards, our client promotes a culture of innovation, inclusion, and growth.
