Our Australian operations consist of warehouses in each state which despatch orders to tyre retailers.The opportunityWe are seeking an experienced and professional Warehouse Manager for our modern facility at Dandenong. The role exists to provide leadership to coordinate the receipt, storage and despatch of tyres to our customers.This position is ideally suited to an experienced warehouse manager with outstanding leadership and analytical skills. You will also possess previous experience in staff supervision, stock control, deliveries as well as associated administrative tasks.Your responsibilities Leading, Managing and scheduling the work of around 12 warehouse team members Being a role model for positive culture and a safe work environment Managing team performance and compliance with policies and procedures Develop and implement innovative work practices for a simple and effective environment Analyse delivery methods, schedules and routes to identify how to optimise the delivery of exceptional customer serviceSkills, Qualifications and Experience An uncompromising attitude and commitment to safety Ability to communicate effectively whether coaching one-on-one or delivering a team talk in front of the group Effective writing and PC skills, including intermediate word, excel and SAP experience A personal standard of neatness, tidiness and professionalism that manifests itself in the workplace Excellent leadership, coaching and organisation skills, with a clean desk approachInterested?
