As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and hands-on Production Lead to drive operational excellence at our Stapylton facility.About the RoleAs Production Lead, you will be responsible for managing daily vehicle assembly operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, and driving a culture of teamwork, safety, and quality. This is a key leadership role that requires a hands-on approach and strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally in the automotive or heavy vehicle industry.You will oversee the end-to-end production process, from team coordination and parts readiness to safety compliance and customer interactions.
