This full-time role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment. Responsibilities include managing daily operations and compliance, while ensuring an outstanding resident experience.Located in the heart of Ellenbrook, youll work in a friendly community surrounded by scenic parks and the beauty of the Swan Valley. Your leadership skills, problem solving attitude and relationship management expertise, will be key to your success in this role. This role also presents an excellent opportunity for someone with background in retirement living who is ready to step into a leadership role and advance their career in management.
