$95183.00 - $104381.00 p.a. + 12% Super + Salary PWe''re seeking a passionate Wellbeing Manager to join our team on a full-time, 12-month contract and make a real impact across the Toowoomba Region QLD. A Day in the Life:Coordinate tailored Home Care Package (HCP) plans and manage care delivery, budgets, and clinical support to ensure holistic, person-centred care at home.Provide nursing care one day per week, including assessments, treatments, and care planning as part of the Wellbeing Manager role.Salary: $92,861 - $101,835 + 12% super (based on experience)Perks: Salary packaging ($15,899) + meal/entertainment card, travel allowance or vehicle, phone/tools providedSupport & Growth: Admin support, paid parental leave (9 weeks), and career development opportunitiesMUST HAVE!
