Youll work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure efficient contract creation, review, negotiation, and complianceultimately helping us deliver outstanding service to our clients worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Contract Manager, youll play a vital role in every stage of the client contract lifecycle, including:Client Contract Management (30%)Act as the primary point of contact for all client contracts and addendaDraft, review, and manage client contractsLead negotiations in collaboration with Operations and Legal teamsTemplate and Agreement Maintenance (30%)Review and update existing contract templates to reflect evolving service capabilitiesEnsure consistency and compliance across all documentsFinance Collaboration & Securitization Support (25%)Assist the Finance team in preparing documentation for securitization opportunitiesCoordinate submission of new and existing client agreements for inclusion in financial facilitiesContract Guidance (10%)Provide insights and interpretation of contract terms to Account Managers and other internal stakeholdersLegal Support & Training (5%)Serve as backup for other legal roles when neededAssist in developing and delivering training programs on legal and contract mattersContribute to ad hoc legal projectsWhat You Bring to SirvaWere looking for someone who is not only skilled but also thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
