It currently holds the Number 1 position for average weekly rent in Queensland, a true testament the calibre of property we manage.About the role.Duties include:- Managing a well maintained portfolio of properties and watching it grow- Maintain relationships with tenants and landlords- Entry & Exit inspections and reports- Manage rental arrears- Coordinate repairs and maintenance- Process lease renewals and conduct rent reviews- Flexibility to help them grow with New Business- Work/Life balance and vibrant culture- Work within a supportive teamSkills and experience:- Min 2 years experience in property management is required- Trust account experience an advantage- First class communication skills, great customer service and a natural rapport builder- Be comfortable liaising with tenants and trades in a timely manner- A high level of attention to detail- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment- Current Drivers Licence and car- QLD Real Estate Certificate / Real Estate Licence- Positive attitude & Immaculate personal presentation- Team player- Ambitious and drivenIn return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:- A strong salary package- Company car to use at work- Company phone- Amazing office culture that promotes work-life balance.- Salary is commensurate with experience.
