Youll get to help with interesting, diverse matters such as undertaking administration work for land investigations and working on matters that will help shape our region.Youll make an impact byProvide the Property and Land Development team, including the Manager, with accurate and efficient administrative support on a priority needs basisMonitor the Property and Land Development branch costings and purchases for daily operation in accordance with the purchasing and procurement policyAssist with the coordination and administration of building access/ security cards, building facilities management, and internal parking permitsMaintain high level skills in the operation of computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, database and other computer applications relevant to the organisationUndertake regular filing, processing, clearing and triaging correspondence inboxes, and responding to general property enquiries involving Council-owned and/ or Council-controlled propertyOpen and close database files where requiredEnsure internal procedural and administrative requirements are metWhat You''ll BringTo thrive in this role, you will need:Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or related disciplinePrevious experience in the provision of administrative support services to supervisory levelsDemonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills, and administrative skillsProficiency in business related computer software eg.
