Our beneficiaries range across underserviced Australian communities including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, CaLD and low socio economic communities and we are always looking to partner with like-minded organisations.Fair Game is a flexible work place and offers salary packaging options.This role will have lots of variety but there will be a few key activities that you will need to undertake, such as:Continually monitoring and executing an agreed strategy to grow philanthropic and corporate sponsorship programsActively seeking out new philanthropic and partnership prospectsManaging and growing currentpartnershipsProviding high quality relationship management for donors, partners, the public and other stakeholdersIdentifying and submitting funding applications in line with strategic goalsDeveloping and implementing a community fundraising strategyWhat success will look like:Strengthening of current funding partnershipsDevelopment of new funding sources in line with Fair Games purposeGrowth of Fair Games funding through philanthropic and corporate sponsorship programsExperience, Capabilities and SkillsDegree in relevant discipline (eg Commerce, Business, PR) or a tertiary degree and relevant business experienceAt least 5+ years experience in the philanthropic or corporate fundraising sector with demonstrable results in fundraising, grant writing, communications, , donor acquisition and management.Demonstrated experience in the successful preparation of funding applications.Demonstrated proficiency in preparing, managing, and reporting on project budgets to support funding and partnership outcomes.Demonstrated experience with related software applications and platforms eg.
