We also provide employee assistance programs to help maintain a healthy lifestyle in every aspectCompany Events We offer company events for you and your family, in addition to associate recognition programs, give-a-ways and Company merchandise.Typical DutiesWorking in a warehouse environmentRepack bottles/cans following procedures for inspecting, cleaning and maintaining/assigning packaging code dates.Inspect individual bottles/cans thoroughly, remove damaged or unclean cartons, cleans product thoroughly, and place in another carton of identical size/label and seals top flaps of carton with hot glue.Maintains proper controls to document product flow entering and leaving the repack area.Assembles variety packs from individual bottle quantities.Follows detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.Maintains a clean and organized work area in order to ensure an efficient flow of product and shift activities.Follows proper safety, quality, and productivity expectationsOther duties as assigned or evolveSkills & QualificationsReliability and dependabilityAbility to lift approximately 35 lbs. safely and continuallyThis job requires standing, kneeling, along with twisting and bending motions.Basic math skillsProblem solvingBeing able to understand labels and coded datesAbility to use technology at a basic levelWhat To Expect At Superior Beverage GroupSafety We take safety seriously and provide gloves, harnesses and other equipment to ensure a safe place to work.Atmosphere A positive work environment surrounded by supportive team members.Cleanliness Our warehouse team works together to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our facility to maintain a safe and productive work environment.Activity This job requires standing for long periods of time, along with twisting and bending motions.
