The RoleWe have an exciting and fast-paced opportunity to join the Infinite Aged Care team as a Chef Manager at our Chamberlain Gardens facility. Reporting directly to the Facility Manager and being a member of the site leadership team, this full-time, permanent role is Monday to Friday and is fully accountable for the day-to-day operations in the kitchen, leading a small team that operates the site caf and service functions.A key success factor for this critical people leadership role is to build and maintain high-trust, respectful, and professional relationships with colleagues and support teams, underpinning operational excellence and aligning with our core values at Infinite Aged Care.As the Chef Manager, you will deeply connect with our residents, actively seeking feedback to improve our food and nutritional operations, and effectively communicate your vision, creativity, and wellness attitude toward food. Your team is passionate about providing high-quality food and beverage service across the dining hall, in-house caf, in-room dining, refreshments, and events.
