Join to apply for the Electrical Supervisor FIFO role at RSGx2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Electrical Supervisor FIFO role at RSGxThe CompanyResource Services Group X (RSGx) is a leading provider of innovative, integrated Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation solutions.The CompanyResource Services Group X (RSGx) is a leading provider of innovative, integrated Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation solutions.About The RoleDue to continued growth, we have multiple opportunities for Electrical Supervisors to join our team in WA.These are FIFO roles (2:1) roles from Australian capital cities.Energy Transition Project2:1 roster, 12-hours per dayFlights/Camp Accommodation providedKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure alignment with project goals.Lead an electrical team monitoring safety and quality.Lead and participate in audits, site inspections and crew interactions with electrical teams and subcontractors.Monitor competency and training requirements of Project crew.Collaborate with internal stakeholders.Maintain project schedule by reporting project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.Identify change controls and project risks.Assist in maintaining calibrated tools, equipment and project materials.About YouElectrical background.S26 Supervisor Certificate (highly desirable)Construction Industry White Card.Valid Drivers License.Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures.Ability to read and interpret project delivery and project schedule (P6).Assist with lookaheads and forecasts including identified risks.Experience with daily reporting, identifying issues & monitoring performance.A good understanding of MS Word, Outlook and Excel.At RSGx, youll be part of an experienced, energetic, and collaborative team that values stability, career development, and innovation.
