Youll lead divisional directors to benchmark and monitor clinical performance, drive a culture of psychological safety and accountability, and support continuous improvement.You will be responsible for strengthening clinical governance frameworks, overseeing medico-legal responses, and addressing clinical risk, accreditation, and consumer feedback. Youll support staff through coaching, lead major service improvement initiatives, and promote integration of teaching, training, and research in partnership with academic and research institutions.The FacilitiesRoyal Darwin Hospital (RDH) is a 370-bed facility located in the northern suburbs of Darwin. It serves as the tertiary referral hospital for the Top End of the NT and provides a wide range of acute and specialist medical services to urban, regional, and remote communities across the Top End and beyond.RDH is a tertiary teaching hospital affiliated with Flinders University, Charles Darwin University, the Menzies School of Health Research, and the National Critical Care and Trauma Response CentrePalmerston Regional Hospital (PRH) is a 116-bedfacility located 20km south of Darwin.
