Position Overview Support the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department to provide care to women and families within the Northern Territory health service. Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide inpatient and outpatient care to patients across antenatal, postnatal, gynaecology services including labour ward and reproductive health services. Provide perioperative care, operative services, and post-operative follow-up for specialist gynaecological patients. Participate in after-hours coverage including rostered night shifts, weekend shifts, and sick on-call roster once credentialed by consultant staff within the department. Supervise, support, and evaluate the work of junior staff and medical students in inpatient care. Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership and role modelling.
