TLEA is inviting applications for a full-time Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team, working a Monday to Friday roster at our Kwinana plant.Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Senior HRBP will lead and support HR operational and strategic activities, providing best practice HR and IR management within their allocated client groups. The HRBP will work closely with business unit leaders to build and maintain strong relationships.This role is ideal for someone who embodies our core values of distinction, pragmatism, honesty, tenacity, and innovation. They will make sound decisions based on analysis and judgment, foresee future trends and consequences, and demonstrate high reliability by completing tasks on time with minimal supervision.Profile description:Develops and executes the overarching people plan for the client group in consultation with Leaders.Coordinates and executes workforce planning activities, including:Planning medium- and long-term resource needs in line with operational requirementsManaging and executing succession and development plans for top talentSupporting recruitment activities in line with the headcount budget.Reviews HR metrics, and Identifies people related trends in order to implement appropriate strategies to minimise risk within the portfolioDevelops and executes plans to meet KPIs related to diversity and inclusion within the portfolioSupports the delivery of cyclical HR activities such as the annual performance review processConducts detailed workplace investigationsCoordinates disciplinary and performance matters with LeadersInterprets relevant Awards, Industrial Agreements, legislation, policies, and procedures.Provides support with union right of entriesOversees the recruitment and selection of key roles within portfolio, including onboarding and preparing employment packages for new employeesManages visa applications when requiredESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSTertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalentExtensive experience in a HR generalist role (minimum 5 years) in the resources sectorStrong exposure to operational HR activities, including extensive experience with workplace investigationsAbility to influence, negotiate and build strong relationshipsDemonstrated experience with industrial instrumentsHighly developed problem-solving skills paired with a high attention to detail, time management and organisational skillsExperience with SuccessFactors (preferred)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from HR metrics to inform business decision makingAdvanced skills in the MS Office suite in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.We offer:Competitive salary with a performance-based discretionary bonus structure12% SuperannuationRewards and recognition programLong service leave option after 5 years (pro rata)Supportive colleagues committed to your success and well-beingInclusive and diverse work environmentLOCATIONTLEA proudly acknowledges and the Whadjuk and Gnaala Karla Boodja people of the Noongar Nation, as the traditional custodians of the Kwinana area, where we operate our plant.Kwinana is 38 km from the Perth central business district, 20 km from City of Fremantle and just 7km from Rockingham.HOW DO I APPLY?To find out more about this unique opportunity, please submit your application by7 August 2025by clicking the ''Apply'' button.
