Our commitment is to ensure all Western Australians have access to secure, reliable, and sustainable energy.We believe that the benefits of renewable energy arent just for some, they''re for everyone.This is where you come in.Role DescriptionThe Payments Officer role is a 6-month Max-Term Contract based at our Perth Central Park site and will contribute to the successful delivery of a business-critical project focused on improving customer outcomes and enhancing operational processes.This position is responsible for executing customer treatment plans, managing payment transactions, and ensuring a compliant, customer-focused experience. Youll engage with customers via phone and email, providing timely and empathetic support while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.Job ResponsibilitiesProcess customer payment transactions in a timely and compliant manner.Respond to customer queries with empathy and accuracy.Support campaign execution and workforce planning by managing assigned tasks and volumes.Process payment transactions through various channels as required.Efficiently address and resolve enquiries while maintain high customer service standards.What You Will BringBusiness certificate or recognised prior learning (equivalent accounts receivable experience).Previous experience in cash processing, general ledger reconciliations, accounts receivable or similar function.Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High attention to detail and accuracy.So, what''s it like working for Synergy?As one of Australia''s most trusted utility brands, we value our customers, the community we operate in, and our people.
