*this role is open to remote working within Sydney. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (Sydney) on occasion.The role in a nutshellIn the role of Partnership Manager, you will own and support the strategic relationship across a portfolio of UNiDAYS most important partnerships. You will act as an expert on UNiDAYS value proposition, leveraging our marketing, media, and commercial capabilities to build and deliver impactful student strategies for our existing/new fashion partners. This is a quota-holding, commercially focused role, reporting into the ANZ Market Development Director and is commissioned against both team and individual revenue targets. You will be responsible for a number of high-growth, high-potential brands, playing a central role in ensuring partner success and driving long-term value.Day to day responsibilitiesBuild trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within partner brands to ensure all UNiDAYS initiatives align with their commercial and brand objectives.Lead account planning across your portfolio, supporting partners with strategic guidance and comprehensive campaign roadmaps.Develop and execute 360 marketing and media plans across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, tailored to Gen Z audiences.Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver curated, trend-led merchandising, high-impact campaigns, and seasonal activations.Monitor and track campaign and account performance, delivering clear insight reports and recommendations to drive operational excellence and improved profitability.Identify growth opportunities across new markets and retail formats (e.g., in-store, regional, graduate), in line with our goal to expand student reach.Ensure sustainable commercial growth for both partners and UNiDAYS through data-driven decisions and student-first strategies.Stay ahead of cultural, seasonal and category trends to help inform strategic plans and maintain our leadership position in the student fashion marketWhat we need from you Solid understanding of Gen Z consumer behaviour and youth marketing A track record of managing complex partnerships and multi-stakeholder relationships Confidence in delivering compelling pitches and data-led insights, both virtually and in person Exceptional communication and organisational skills Creative thinking combined with a strategic approach to problem solving Ability to travel when required BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience Demonstrable experience in account management, marketing strategy, or brand/media partnerships A strong commercial mindset and the ability to understand and impact partner profitability Experience in building and executing upper-funnel brand and media plansProven experience working with fashion & beauty brands is a plusWe''ve accomplished a lot since we started in 2011, but in many ways, this is just the beginning.
