Discover Your Next RoleAs the Quality Supervisor at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you will play a key leadership role within the broader Ethanol Businessincluding the Fertiliser divisionto ensure consistent product quality for customers across regions, including VIC and NSW. Based in Sarina and part of the local leadership team, you will also be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving environmental management systems and procedures. This includes overseeing compliance, reporting and incident investigations.This fixed-term position, lasting until October 2026, is based in Sarinaa charming town nestled at the foothills of the Connors Range. Known for its rural character, natural beauty, friendly community, and pristine beaches, Sarina offers a tranquil coastal lifestyle ideal for both residents and visitors.Your Role in ActionLaboratory Operations & Standards: Oversee daily lab activities, maintain housekeeping, and ensure testing and equipment meet ISO and internal standards.Product Quality Assurance: Manage product quality, lead investigations, and ensure all testing meets specifications and customer requirements.Technical Support & Inspections: Provide technical support across business units and ensure timely completion of inspections (e.g. tankers, lines, ships).Training & Continuous Improvement: Coordinate lab training, support audits, and promote innovation and process improvement.Leadership & Budgeting: Lead lab team performance, foster positive culture, and manage the Sarina Laboratory budget.Your Winning CombinationOur ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Science, with a major in Chemistry and/or at least five years of experience in a similar role.
