Greatland''s operating asset is its 100% owned Telfer gold-copper mine, one of Australia''s largest gold-copper mining complexes with significant established processing and infrastructure.Greatland''s development asset is its 100% owned Havieron development project, a high-grade gold-copper deposit located 45km west of Telfer that will utilise the Telfer infrastructure to process Havieron ore.In addition to Telfer and Havieron, Greatland holds interests in a significant exploration portfolio, the focus of which is the relatively underexplored surrounding Paterson Province. Ownership of the Telfer infrastructure greatly enhances the potential value of exploration success in Greatland''s Paterson exploration portfolio.About the RoleThe focus of this role is to lead and manage all aspect of Administration within the business operational groups. Promote and develop processes scalable to the growth of the business and its projects.Leading a team of administrators the senior site administrator is responsible for all facets of work force and organizational administration.This is your opportunity to drive excellence across multiple facets of site operations while playing an integral role in the continued success of our operations.The senior site administrator will also provide general secretarial services to various teams, be the custodian of all internal communications and drive a culture of continuous improvement within their team.Please note: This role will be full time, 8:6 or 2:2 Roster - FIFO from Perth.Your responsibilities will include:Establish and maintain effective lines of communication within the organizationMaintain high professional and ethical standardsLead a team of 8 Administrators - Providing a supportive and mentoring approachManage document and record keeping as per governance, compliance and departmental requirementsDrive the continuous improvement of systems, applications and processes to ensure Greatland maintains industry best practiceActively develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships within the context of the company strategy and focus on value creation opportunitiesEngage in field work tasks and conduct safety audits and risk assessmentsManage all administrative functions - Rosters, Employee Records, Payroll & Timesheets, Monitoring Points, Emergency & General Communications, Travel, Accommodation & Mobilisation.Support the preparation of Operational & Financial reportsEnsure communications are transparent and aligned with the communications frameworkMaintain and develop documentation specific to the Site Administration function, support key document development for stakeholders.Support project specific site procurement and purchasingEnsuring that the general office is kept in a neat and tidy manner and ensure that office equipment is maintained and functionalCoordination of travel arrangements for transport to and from sitePrepare meeting agendas, maintain minutes and distributionSupport the management of Master Data in company CMMSManage aspects of the Business Change Management process and spearhead Document control processesOrganise and Support Community & Business EventsAbout YouWe are seeking an experienced senior site administrator with a genuine passion for excellence.
