Senior Associate - Professional Indemnity2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.ROLEKennedys is seeking a talented litigation lawyer, at the Senior Associate level, to join our busy Insurance practice based in our growing Melbourne office.Working closely with 4 highly regarded Partners, the role will focus on financial lines matters including professional indemnity coverage and defence work across all professions within the financial services, allied health and construction sectors.This exciting opportunity includes working on a number of interesting litigated matters including coverage disputes, directors defence claims, inquiries work acting in regulatory investigations, and includes working on coverage instructions for a range of local insurers and London syndicates.
