Key duties will include:Overseeing all building and facilities management operationsLiaising with owners, tenants, trades, contractors, and strata managersMonitoring common areas and coordinating maintenance, defects, and rectification workManaging parking, deliveries, and access controlEnsuring compliance with building regulations, certifications, and by-lawsHandling incident reports, audits, and routine checks of swipes, fobs, and security systemsSupporting and attending meetings with stakeholders as requiredContributing to cost-saving initiatives and performance improvement strategiesAbout You:You may be an experienced Building/Facilities Manager or a Property Manager looking for a change of pace and a more hands-on, site-based roleStrong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with residents, owners, strata, and contractorsOrganised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities with easeTech-savvy, with the ability to use building management platforms like Building Link (or a willingness to learn)Committed to providing high levels of service and maintaining building standardsTo Apply:Please callVanessa Necovskion0401 744 636for more information or email your CV tovnecovski@goughrecruitment.com.au.
