At Nutra Organics, were on a mission to deeply nourish 10M people across the globe, and were looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the charge on eCommerce customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle growth across Australia and international markets.This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to own holistic digital growth strategies that span performance marketing, CRM, loyalty, and customer experience. Youll blend creativity with data to optimise every stage of the customer journey, from first click to lifelong brand love.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Performance StrategyLead and implement a full-funnel growth strategy that drives acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty.Identify scalable growth levers and use behavioural insights to optimise each touchpoint.Use insights from analytics and customer behaviour to iterate and optimise key journeys.Digital Performance MarketingOwn the digital ad budget & strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms to drive ROAS and reduce CAC.Manage agency partners and our internal performance creative strategist to elevate advertising impact through data-backed testing and creative optimisation.Email & SMS MarketingIdentify and optimise automated flows and campaigns in Klaviyo to re-engage, convert, and delight our customers.Build dynamic customer segments, test content strategies, and personalise communications to boost engagement and revenue, working with our Digital Communications Manager to bring email campaigns to life.Subscription & Loyalty GrowthDrive subscription adoption and retention through lifecycle campaigns and program enhancements.Champion loyalty initiatives like double points, referrals, and community-building to deepen brand advocacy.Establish and engage with community groups to foster brand advocacy + loyalty.Customer Experience & FeedbackTranslate insights from Humii, reviews, and surveys into actionable improvements across the customer journey.Collaborate with Customer Service to elevate NPS and CX satisfaction, from help articles to loyalty touch-points.Reporting & AnalysisDeliver monthly and post-campaign reports that uncover trends, inform strategy, and guide optimisation.Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, CLTV, churn rate, loyalty participation, and email/SMS engagement.Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceHave at least 3 years'' experience in CRM and digital advertising strategy for an 8 figure eCommerce brand.A strategic marketer with a love for analytics, experimentation and growth.A creative thinker and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose led team.Someone who is customer obsessed and sees every stage of the funnel as a chance to create value.A strong communicator who can collaborate across marketing, ecommerce and creative teams.Share our love of health, wellbeing and natural nutrition.????????
