YOUR OPPORTUNITY We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Mount Isa QLD. In this key role, you will support various areas of our trade store to serve customers via phone and email, and support activities including stock put-away, shelf price maintenance, and stock top-ups, ensuring goods are stored neatly. By joining our passionate, well-established team, you will have the opportunity to grow, develop, have fun, and make a positive difference to our customers. Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To: Face-to-face customer service, handling customer requests, sourcing parts, and providing ETAs on backorders. Daily stock replenishment and stock takes. Managing showroom displays and stock rotations. General housekeeping of the counter and packing area, including organisation and prioritisation. To Be Successful, You Will Have: Forklift license (desirable). Well-developed customer service skills with a customer first approach. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and interested in personal development within the company. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
