Experience support from a collaborative team and systems that work.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:End-to-end management of your own portfolioNurture and maximise existing client relationships and manage client-focused actions in your property portfolioManage maintenance and repairs using our dedicated PM softwareDiary management, preparing entry notices and associated documentationConfidently conduct open homes independentlyEfficient maintenance coordination and communication with tenants and landlordsConduct inspections including Entry, Exit, and RoutineBond lodgement and dispute resolution / QCAT representationEnsure compliance paperwork is complete, and all actions adhere to legislative requirementsProvide outstanding customer service to landlords, tenants, and our trades teamBe extremely familiar with the RTRA Act and remain up to date through self-developmentAssist the Senior Property Manager Team with bills and invoicing, routine inspections, open homes, and application processing as required.28th July, 2025Place Sunnybank is searching for an experienced Senior Property Manager to step into a well-managed portfolio and make it your own.
