In this role you will strongly support Work health and safety, Securities and Facilities for the group across multiple sites. This role sits within the Human resources function and works closely with the business stakeholder groups to ensure all 3 areas are adhered to in a compliant manner.Your Main Responsibilities Will IncludeImplement and maintain robust security measures and protocols for all facilities, assets and all staff including contractors (including surveillance systems, access control and incident response plans)Ensure safety of employees, customers, visitors and company property is upheldEnforce and continually improve current WHS policies, procedures and practice within industry regulations and global guidelinesConduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazardsEfficiently allocate resources to meet operational needs while monitoring expenses to maximise cost effectivenessEnsure adherence to all relevant obligations and commitments related to product compliance and environmental compliance and management systemsAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:Educational background in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Occupational Health and Safety or related disciplineFire warden and first aid training preferredProven work experience across Facilities, WHS or Similar experience in demonstrated safe workplace protocolsStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of audiences clearly and conciselyStrong attention to detail, time management and organisation skillsWillingness to learn and expand your skillset and broaden knowledge in a resilient mannerOur Benefits, Rewards And Recognition IncludeA culture of continuous learning, growth and development.
