Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for guiding each product from discovery and framing through concept development, prototyping, and iterative delivery. the Senior Service Designer ensures that digital solutions consistently deliver outstanding value.What Youll DoAs part of the Digital Case File (DCF) Program team in Digital Priorities, Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery, you will evaluate end to end user experiences, support and provide expert advice in the creation of service system models, support the implementation of service improvements whilst partnering with remote and multidisciplinary teams made up of product managers, business analysts, UX/UI designers, solution architects and developers.You Will Also Have Knowledge And Experience InHuman centred service design in the public service sector.Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.Experience contributing to or establishing design systems and service standards.What Were Looking ForStrong skills in journey mapping, service blueprints, co-design workshops, and prototypingExperience in conducting qualitative research and synthesizing insights into actionable design outcomes.Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.Proficiency in using design and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, Adobe XD, Lucidchart, etc.).Tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience in user experience or related fields.Download the role description.If you are viewing this ad in Seek and wish to apply via their portal, you will be required to either set up a profile or login via your existing Seek account.To apply directly via the DCJ Careers site click here.
