This involves being a key stakeholder with Demand Planners, Marketing and Operations to build a an annual deployment plan, ordering and managing the deployment plan to meet the monthly CapEx target and communicating opportunities and risks regarding expenditure and optimisation The candidate will be responsible for optimizing inventory to improve service levels and reduce excess. Key to success in this role is the need to develop a relationship with the local demand planners, product managers and overseas suppliers including counterparts within the region. They will oversee the end-to-end process of asset deployment in ANZ.How You''ll Create ImpactOrdering and deployment of instruments to planRun MRP for the weekly PO replenishment cycle for both instrument deployment and spare partsMaintain the efficient running of MRP for instruments, including the management of open POs and data hygiene for MRP inputsReview backorders and follow up on stock shortages with suppliersCommunicate with suppliers and attend supply meetingsCommunicate supply gaps to the ANZ Marketing/OperationsLiaise with global for redeployment opportunitiesOptimise the inventory of deployed & undeployed instrumentsAnalyse the productivity of existing deployed assets to determine action plans to mitigate risk and improve service levelsMaintain ANZ safety stock for consumption/losses/damagesMaintain ANZ inventory for forecasted deployment planReduce excess instrument inventory to optimise space and P&LDeliver high service levels by deploying value-add instrumentsAttend all SOP meetings, working with key stakeholders to:Manage the instrument spend budget annually, in line with finance, marketing, demand planning, and operationsCommunicate progress of the instrument release planIdentify risks and opportunitiesProblem solve complex commercial and supply chain challenges to deliver revenue and expense needsYour BackgroundApproximately three years of experience in an Operational, Planning or Finance role, ideally within the Medical devices sector, with exposure to MRP and supply planningDemonstrated ability to work through complex problems and tenaciously seek a resolution.Demonstrated analytical ability, with strong attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to work with SAP & complex Excel spreadsheetsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment.Demonstrated ability to meet KPIsTravel Expectations0 - 5 % travel requiredEOE/M/F/Vet/Disability #J-18808-Ljbffr
