You will be able to work collaboratively across the different Sections of Council, have the ability to think and solve problems that arise within payroll and HR and show confidence in the usage of Council systems.To succeed in this position, you will meet the following criteria:Ability to work across a range of Human Resources functions.Demonstrated experience in payroll processing and/or demonstrated ability to accurately process data under tight timeframes.Demonstrated sound ability to research, evaluate and interpret end user information requirements, and to develop appropriate suggestions to assist the team improve processes and systems.Demonstrated skills and experience in the use of and administration of human resource management information and/or payroll systems.Ability to meet strict deadlines and achieve performance objectives with supervision.What We Can Offer YouLocated on Sydneys southern fringe, Wollondilly Shire Council spans 2,560 km of natural bushland, scenic waterways, and vibrant, welcoming communities.Delivering exceptional, high-performing services to our community is fundamental in what we do.
