As a Sales Consultant, youll guide customers through their entire travel journey, from the first enquiry to welcome home. Youll craft bespoke itineraries, build strong relationships, and take ownership of the full sales process, ensuring each traveller receives a personalised and seamless experience.Working with our in-house systems (including TREV) and supported by a team of travel experts, youll help bring Australia to life while meeting individual sales targets and contributing to a collaborative office culture.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Responding promptly to inbound travel enquiries and building a strong rapport with prospective travellers.Designing personalised Australian travel itineraries tailored to customer interests, timelines, and budgets.Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to post-travel follow-up with ownership and accountability.Meeting individual sales targets, ensuring healthy conversion rates and profit margins.Handling bookings and pricing accurately, and ensuring a seamless handover to operations.Supporting customers during their travels, including proactively resolving any issues or disruptions.Contributing to a friendly and collaborative team environment in our Mooloolaba office.Assisting with onboarding and mentoring new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.Upholding our values in every interaction and promoting our "One Best Way" approach to sales.About YouYoure a confident communicator with a passion for helping people and a natural ability to build trust. Whether you come from a travel, tourism, reservations, or customer service background, you understand what excellent service looks like and take pride in delivering it consistently.
