Rentokil Initial has an exciting opportunity for an organised Sales & Service Administrator working with our Kununurra Pest and Fire services. The ideal candidate will need a high level of communication, sales, and well-developed administrative skills to assist the team based in Darwin on a full-time basis. The key responsibilities of this position include: Being the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding pest and fire services via phone and website. Compiling and generating regular reports and invoicing. Providing support to clients in regional and remote locations. Processing tasks accurately and promptly. Maintaining inventory of office supplies. Preparing sales quotes and service contracts. Processing purchase orders. Scheduling technician jobs to ensure smooth service delivery. Planning and scheduling remote and regional service runs across WA and NT. Resolving client issues proactively and efficiently. Supporting the Services and Operations teams to meet targets and deliverables. Attention to detail is essential. The ideal candidate will possess: Valid Australian working rights and residency in Australia. Previous experience in administration or scheduling. Availability for full-time work. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal. Sales experience. Ability to adhere to business procedures. Effective communication skills across all business levels and clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Tech-savviness with proficiency in multiple databases. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Accurate data entry skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
